New Bathroom Installation in Kent & South East London

Most full installations run 10–14 working days from strip-out to handover. A simpler refresh (suite swap, basic re-tile) can land in 6–9 days; a premium install with layout changes, large-format porcelain, and underfloor heating can run 14–22 days. We don't take on more than one bathroom at a time, so you have one team focused on your job from start to finish.

Not all day, no. We'll usually need access at the start of the day (around 8:00–8:30) and a way to lock up at the end (around 17:00). Most customers leave a key or a key safe; some prefer to be home for the noisy days (strip-out, tiling). We're happy with whatever works for you — what we ask is consistent access so we don't lose half a day waiting.

If it's your only bathroom, we'll plan the schedule so you have a working WC and basin overnight from day 1 — usually by leaving the existing WC connected until late on day 1, then making the new one live before we leave that evening. The shower or bath will be out of action for ~7–10 days; many customers use a friend's, gym's, or temporarily fit a portable shower in another room. GWS turn-key installs include: strip-out and waste removal, all plumbing and electrical work (with notification through Building Regulations where required), the suite (bath, shower, WC, basin), wall and floor tiling labour and materials, flooring, brassware, mirror, towel rail, and full reinstatement (silicone, decorating made-good, final clean). VAT is itemised separately. We do not subcontract — every trade is managed by GWS on one invoice with one warranty.

Either works. Most customers prefer us to supply — we get trade pricing on suites, brassware and tiles that's typically 15–25 % below retail, and any returns or shortages are our problem to fix, not yours. If you've already bought a suite or want to source specific high-end pieces, we'll fit your supply happily — we just ask you have everything on site by day 0 and confirm dimensions match the room.
