How long will my bathroom take?
Most full renovations take 7 to 14 working days depending on size and how much moves. A budget refresh is often under a week. You get the dates in writing with the quotation, before you commit to anything.
How do I pay, and when?
In stages, against work completed — never one lump sum up front. The schedule is on your quotation so you know exactly what is due and when. The final payment comes after we have walked the finished room together.
Will the same people be in my house every day?
Yes. One team, from strip-out to final seal, and George is on the job. You will not get a different set of strangers each morning.
Can I choose my own tiles and fittings?
Absolutely. Buy them yourself, or use our trade accounts — George will tell you honestly where the trade price beats the retail one and where it doesn't.
Do you handle the electrics and plastering too?
Yes — plumbing, tiling, electrics and plastering are all covered under one price and one invoice. You are not left chasing four separate trades.
Is there only one bathroom in the house?
Tell us at the quotation stage. We plan the sequence so you are without a working toilet for the shortest possible time, and we will tell you honestly which days those are.
