You don't need to find other trades — we manage the whole job. Strip-out, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, fitting and finishing are ours. The electrical work (lighting, extractor fans, heated towel rails) is carried out by registered electricians who self-certify it to building control under Part P of the Building Regulations, and you receive the certificate. You still deal with one team and one point of contact from start to finish.
